In accordance with Charles Jenkins' handwritten instructions, this home–made scanning disc television unit was built by Clifford Fraser of Connecticut. Fraser, an avid radio experimenter, made history with this set in August 1928, as one of 16 people who received the first broadcast of “Radio–Movies”.
